How To Style White Jeans

When I posted an OOTD of me wearing white jeans, SO many people replied saying how much they love white jeans. I thought this would be a fun post for all those white jean lovers!! White jeans are super cute and always in style, so I came up with six different ways that I would style white jeans. Also, I am a believer that you can still wear white after Labor day, just maybe not all white. White jeans can totally transition into fall if you do it the right way!!

White Tee + Jean Jacket + Sneakers

For a super casual summer outfit, I like white jeans with a white tee. Throw on a jean jacket and sneakers, and you are ready for the day! This is a perfect outfit for running errands, hanging out with friends, even going shopping! I love the white on white look, but this is one I would wear before Labor day. I would tuck the white tee into the white jeans to create a waist for yourself, and make sure your jean jacket isn't too oversized! This is such a cute and easy look to recreate, especially if you are looking for a casual and comfortable outfit!

Button Down + Mules

This would be a perfect outfit to wear to work! I love the look of white jeans with a tan mule because I think it looks really sleek, while still being comfortable. I think a button down that has a color or pattern makes this outfit a little more fun, but if you would rather stick with a neutral color it still looks very classy. This outfit can look totally different depending on how you style the button down on top. You can fully tuck it in to look a little more polished- in which case you can totally add a belt. You can only tuck in one side (the side that has the buttons on it lays flatter) for a more cool and perfectly undone look. You can also leave the bottom button undone and tie up the bottom for a more bohemian flare. The options are endless!

Cardigan + Heels

A sweet and feminine way to style a white jean. This is another outfit that would totally be appropriate for work, or a luncheon, or even a date night! It is really girly, and gives you the option to have some fun with your jewelry. You can wear a chunky necklace, layer a bunch of dainty necklaces, or wear a bold pair of earrings! For this look, I would wear a cardigan buttoned up as a shirt. You can wear a tank underneath, but I like the idea of the cardigan being buttoned- it looks cleaner. Pairing the white jeans and cardigan with a pointy toe heel makes you look taller and leaner while still feeling feminine!

Feminine Blouse + Sandals

Another way to style white jeans in a more girly way is to pair it with a feminine blouse and a chunky pair of sandals. This is a little more fun and casual than the cardigan. This would be a perfect outfit to wear to grab drinks, go on a date, or even go to a party! It is just the right amount of dressy without looking too polished and professional. A feminine blouse can be anything from long sleeve to a tank! When I think feminine, I think of pastel colors, floral patterns, and more drapey shapes. For whatever feminine top you choose, I think it looks really cute tucked in, so you can show off your figure a little. I also like the idea of a chunky sandal with a wider leg jean to balance out the girly aspects of the outfit!

Sweater + Boots

This is the perfect transition outfit from summer to fall. A lot of people think you cant wear white jeans after summer, but if you do it right there is no issue! You could also wear this outfit during the summer on a cooler night. I would front tuck the sweater, so it doesn't overwhelm you and make you look shorter than you actually are! Pairing white jeans and white boots still helps this feel warm weather appropriate and cool. I'm into a colorful necklace, if you are pairing your white jeans with a neutral colored sweater, to add some interest. Also, adding a fun necklace brings the attention up to your face!! I love this outfit and will for sure be wearing this on those cooler end of summer days!

Black Tank + Leather Jacket + Heels

The perfect mix of edgy and feminine. The heels help to balance out the rough, edgy feel of the outfit. I love the look of a white flare jean with a cropped leather jacket. If the jacket has a pattern or detail on it of some kind- even better! When pairing white jeans and a leather jacket, I think it is important to keep the tank under the jacket black or white. You don't want too much happening in the outfit at once! I like the black under a black leather jacket, because it is a little more unexpected, and allows you to wear this outfit longer. When it gets cool out, swap the girly heels for a pair of boots, and you can wear this all winter long! This outfit would be great for going out! One of my favorite ways to wear a white jean!
