When it comes to jewelry, I typically think that more is more. I love stacking on all my favorite jewelry together- layering necklaces, a stack of bracelets, and multiple rings. Jewelry adds the finishing touches to any outfit, and take it from good to wow. While I love layering on my jewelry, for the most part I leave a lot of it on and don't ever take it off. For me, this is my way of showing that I love my pieces because I'm literally loving it to death. I have been wearing the same jewelry for about a year now so I figured it might be fun to share some of these jewelry brands that are my favorites!
Earrings
Let's start here because this is the simplest category of all my jewelry. You might not know this about me, but I have a pretty bad nickel allergy that is especially bad in earrings and necklaces. That being said, changing my earrings is really hard for me and usually ends up irritating my ears. I can only wear surgical stainless steel earrings, or pure sterling silver with no nickel. I found a very simple and comfortable pair of surgical stainless steel earrings on Amazon that I never take off. They're lightweight, very sturdy, won't tarnish (I wear mine even in the shower and don't have any problems), and they come in 4 different colors. My other favorite earrings (and the only other pair I can wear right now) are my Gucci studs that are pure sterling silver. Both earrings are super simple and work with all of my looks!
Necklaces
I have one necklace that I never take off that I love SO much and then a couple others that I continually like to layer on. The one I never take off is Dana Rebecca and is super delicate and pretty with a simple row of diamonds. I love how it looks alone because it has just the right amount of sparkle, and I also love how it looks layered with other necklaces. My most recent favorite necklace to layer with it is my Cupcakes and Cashmere heart. I think they balance each other out in a really pretty way because both are simple and gold with a little sparkle. I also love a gold chain layered in, like my Madewell one. A necklace you will be seeing me layer on all the time is my Baublebar pearl one. The gold details are so cute and it is a little pop of chic in my casual neck stack.
Bracelets
This is another part of my jewelry that I don't ever take off. In fact, I am searching for some new bracelets to add to my stack. I love all my bracelets because they all look good together, are comfortable, and can get wet without tarnishing. My one silver bracelet I have on is Tiffany. I love the size of the beads on it and the little heart is so cute. I've had this bracelet for a really long time (think like 10 years) and it stands the test of time! I am currently on the hunt for another silver bracelet to compliment this one. My favorite gold bracelet is a rope bracelet (similar) that my mom gave me for my 21st birthday. I have not taken it off since then (except the one week it broke) and it is a really pretty delicate and interesting bracelet to mix with my others. The last two bracelets I love are Karen Lazar. I have one simple gold beaded one- all my friends got matching ones for college graduation- and one tiny beaded one with a heart. The one with a heart is one my mom and I both have, so it is special to me!
Rings
This is the one area of jewelry that I don't leave on. I have had rings I've left on before and I'm sure I will again one day, but right now I don't! I don't want to ruin any of my rings by scratching them up when I workout. That being said, I love rings and I love wearing a bunch at a time! My all time favorite ring I have is my David Yurman that my grandparent's got me for graduation. I love all the layers and the tiny hint of sparkle. Another favorite that I have is my Madewell Dome ring. I love the look, and this one looks like so many other expensive brands! It also looks really cute layered with other more delicate gold rings. I have a lot of little delicate rings that are from my grandma that I layer on most days, a couple silver ones from Israel, and a gorgeous gold statement ring with a black stone from Italy! These are all fun to layer together depending on my mood. My final one that I really love and wear all the time is my Karen Lazar gold ring. It is super lightweight and comfortable and I can layer it with so many other pieces and it looks great! Plus, I love how it matches my bracelets!
What is your favorite jewelry that you wear, and where is it from?
